LIC fee
Any organization - manufacturer, distributor, wholesaler, hospital or other health care organization - interested in adopting and using the HIBCC uniform bar coding system may apply for assignment of one or more Labelller Identification Codes.
The annual fee for manufacturers for the primary identification code is based on the principle of gross sales to the health industry within Europe.
